Benefication production line consists of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic ore separator, floatation machine, thickener and dryer. Together with feeder, elevator, and motor carrier, all these make a complete mill run production line which is of high efficiency, low energy, high dealing amount and economy.

The flow chart of Benefication production line: crush the ore by the jaw crusher to a reasonable fineness; send them into the ball mill evenly by the feeder to crush and rub and then goes to next process of classification. The spiral classifier washes and graded the ore mixture according to the principle that different proportions of solid granules precipitate with different speed in liquid. In magnetic separation, according to the different specific susceptibility of different mineral, the magnetic force and the mechanical force can divide the washed and graded ore mixture. The ore granules after being divided by magnetic separator will be sent to the flotation machine. Put different drug according to different ores’ performance function to make the wanted ore separated with others. After the wanted ore is separated, there is a great amount of moisture. To get the dry ore, it needs thickening by the thickener and drying by the dryer.
